Stockholm, 1 September 2025 – Arkivia today announces that the company has entered into a framework agreement with the Swedish Association of Authorized Funeral Directors & Legal Agencies (SBF). The agreement covers over 400 member agencies and represents a significant step in Arkivia's ambition to become the new standard for inheritance law and estate administration.

The partnership was formalized during a meeting earlier today with Ulf Lernéus, Executive Director of SBF and President of the European Federation of Funeral Services (EFFS).

Through the framework agreement, SBF's member agencies receive a clear path to a more standardized, digital, and transparent workflow in estate administration matters. Arkivia assists agencies in streamlining processing, reducing administrative burdens, and providing a better overview of complex processes – with a structured view for all parties involved in the matter.

Pilot completed – launch imminent

The agreement comes at a time when Arkivia, with only weeks remaining until its official launch, is concluding an extensive pilot with selected agencies.
