Stockholm, March 10, 2026 – Arkivia today announces that the company has entered into a strategic partnership with the global software group Wolters Kluwer. As part of this partnership, users of Wolters Kluwer's estate administration solution, Dokument Boutredning, will be progressively migrated to Arkivia’s platform starting April 1, 2026.

Wolters Kluwer has long been an established provider of estate administration software in the Swedish market. Their solution, Dokument Boutredning, has been utilized by legal professionals to manage estate administrations, estate distributions, and cash accounting. Through this partnership with Arkivia, the next step is taken in the digital transformation of this field, combining solid industry expertise with a modern, cloud-based platform developed for current and future needs.

– This is a strong testament to the fact that Arkivia builds real value for the market. Having Wolters Kluwer, with their extensive experience and deep expertise in estate administration and family law, choose to partner with us is both gratifying and significant, says William Ringström, CEO and co-founder of Arkivia.

Arkivia's platform automates key parts of the estate administration process through AI support and digital workflows. The platform consolidates information gathering, document management, and client communication into a single system, and also includes a specialized client portal that contributes to increased transparency throughout the entire process. For law firms, this transition translates to better case management structure and reduced manual administrative workload.

– Estate administration is an important area in which Wolters Kluwer has been active for many years, says Kristina Lagerstedt, Managing Director of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Sweden. Through the partnership with Arkivia, customers gain access to AI-supported workflows that can simplify daily operations and address shifting demands within the industry.

The partnership marks a joint commitment to contributing to a more digital, efficient, and sustainable development of estate administration work in Sweden.
